Bridging the Gap

Where safety meets strategy, electronics, and software.

Each industry has its own regulatory logic, approach and its own vocabulary.

We speak all of them.

  • Medical Devices & Life Sciences

Increasing complexity and regulatory demands are challenges which are manageable.

Medical device development demands that safety and regulatory requirements are not bolted on at the end — they must be architected from the first design decision. We bring MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 60601, GCP, GMP, and 510(k) / CE submission experience to development teams building complex medical devices, planning clinical validation of devices or introducing AI.

  • Industrial Automation & Smart Homes

Connectivity and safety are no longer separate concerns.

Modern industrial and smart home systems combine real-time embedded software, networked sensors, AI, cloud services and safety-rated control — a stack that few organisations know how to architect or certify end-to-end. We bring IEC 13849 / IEC 61508 functional safety expertise alongside hands-on system architecture experience, including AI-managed smart home platforms and cobot sensor arrays.

  • Railway

Railway safety standards don't reward good intentions. They reward evidence.

Railway safety certification under EN 50128/50126 and IEC 61508 is unforgiving — ambiguities in requirements or gaps in test coverage surface late and cost dearly. We have led platform certification processes, developed TUEV-approved QM processes, and supported rail operators from safety platform design and verification to operational reliability analysis for Deutsche Bahn.

  • Aerospace

Certification is not bureaucracy — it is the product.

In aerospace, the gap between a working prototype and a certifiable system is where projects fail. Navigating DO-178B/C, DO-254, and ARINC standards requires someone who has already been through the process and knows where the bodies are buried. We have worked on requirements management, system verification, PHAC, PSAC and interfaced with authorities and customer safety teams on programmes including the Airbus A400M and ESA space applications..
